Hänel offers you three service contracts, which you can adapt individually to suit your needs thanks to a range of additional options. We place great emphasis not only on maximum safety for your employees, but also on the sustainability of your Hänel storage systems.

Contract 1


The ServiceCOMPACT contract includes all the legally prescribed safety inspections.

In addition, your employees are instructed in the operation of the machines.

ServiceCOMPACT contract:

  • Basic instruction for your employees on using the machines
  • All the legally prescribed safety inspections
  • 24-hour response time
  • 95% spare parts supply on board the service vehicle

Contract 2


With the ServiceCOMFORT contract you also ensure that the value of your system is maintained. The ServiceCOMFORT contract offers supplementary services in addition to those offered by the ServiceCOMPACT contract.

ServiceCOMFORT contract:

  • Value-preserving preventive maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Specialist hotline
  • Recommendations for upgrades and modernizing machines
  • Customized, individual options when a contract is being drawn up
  • Relocations at fixed price
  • Optional: spare part packages

Contract 3


The ServiceCOMPLETE contract offers you optimal planning stability and cost control.

All the services from Contract 1 and 2 are included:
Safety inspections, maintenance, repairs, spare parts, etc.

All at a fixed price per machine!
